The Orchard Project

What is The Orchard Project? It is a key element in our mission to use the finest ingredients possible for our handmade ice cream and sorbets. We have helped to restore a walled garden and orchard where we grow ingredients for our ice creams and sorbets.

In the summer of 2021, a friend showed us a beautiful but overgrown walled garden outside Deal. Now - after months of back-breaking work - we have helped to restore the garden and planted it up with fruit to use in our creations. We follow organic principles and have planted the garden with ingredients such as Japanese wineberries, purple gooseberries, whitecurrants, figs, mulberries and more to use in our creations.
